Mat Pilates Sculpt

Mat Pilates Sculpt is an energizing, music-driven class that blends the precision of Pilates with a dynamic sculpting approach to full-body strength. Using body weight and small props such as light weights, resistance bands, and Pilates balls, the class challenges the core while strengthening the arms, legs, and glutes through controlled, intentional movement.

Sequencing is designed to stimulate the nervous system and train the body through fascial continuities, creating fluid connections across the entire body rather than isolating muscles. The rhythmic flow of music supports coordination, endurance, and movement quality, helping students access deeper strength while maintaining alignment and control.

Power Sculpt

Power Sculpt is a high-energy, music-driven workout that fuses athletic conditioning with precise, intentional movement. Using body weight and heavier props, this class strengthens the core, glutes, legs, and arms while challenging stability, coordination, and endurance.

Pilates Circuit

Pilates Circuit is a dynamic, full-body class that moves you through a variety of equipment stations, including the Reformer, Jumpboard, Stability Chair, BOSU, and small props like weights and Pilates balls. Each station is designed to challenge strength, balance, coordination, and endurance while keeping your core engaged and your movements precise.

The circuit format keeps the energy high, and the workout varied, giving you a full-body toning and conditioning experience in a single class. With modifications and progressions for all levels, Pilates Circuit makes every exercise do-able yet effective, leaving you feeling strong, energized, and confident in your body.

Reformer Plus

Reformer Plus is a small-group, high-energy class designed for up to eight participants, giving each student personalized attention and guidance from our highly trained instructors. Using the Reformer along with the Spring Wall, and stability chair, the class blends strength, stability, and coordination in dynamic, full-body sequences.

Movements are thoughtfully sequenced to challenge the core, arms, legs, and glutes while stimulating the nervous system and engaging fascial connections throughout the body. Every exercise comes with modifications and progressions, making the class both approachable for beginners and challenging for more experienced students. Reformer Plus builds strength, tone, and confidence, leaving you energized, empowered, and fully connected to your body.
