Class Descriptions
Intro to Pilates
These sessions are done one-on-one and can be scheduled with you during a time that is convenient. The cost is $210 for three private sessions and will prepare you for group classes. These three one-on-one sessions will teach you correct movement patterns based on your posture, proper biomechanics, and knowledge of all the equipment you will be using in the classes.
Reformer Plus
This is a class that incorporates all of the STOTT PILATES® equipment including the spring wall, stability chair, reformer, and mat. It will vary each time you take it and will surely give you a challenging, fun work out with a lot of variety.
Athletic Conditioning
The Athletic Conditioning class teaches many of the same movements that you use on the reformer, but instead we stand and use the barre. This helps all of our mat and Reformer based Pilates translate into functional standing movements. This program focuses on correct biomechanics of movement and is sure to get your heart pumping while targeting every muscle in your body.
TRX
This unique training program focuses on functional fitness targeting core strength and kinesthetic awareness using your own body weight. This exercise program will certainly lead to improvements in total-body strength and power. This multi-layered system is designed for all levels and is guaranteed to challenge your body.
