Our 3–5 day Intensive Program is designed for athletes who want to accelerate recovery from injury or optimize their performance to prevent future setbacks. Over consecutive days—and sometimes twice a day—we work closely to assess and address your unique movement patterns, posture, and overall biomechanics. Using a combination of tactile bodywork, targeted exercises, and nervous system optimization, we focus on fast-tracking your rehab while improving strength, mobility, and resilience. This immersive approach ensures you make significant progress in a short period, giving you the tools and confidence to perform at your best.
