What to Expect

Intro to Pilates

During your initial session, a comprehensive postural assessment will be conducted to evaluate skeletal alignment, muscular balance and imbalance, and overall movement biomechanics. This analysis provides the foundation for developing a customized program designed to improve muscular symmetry, optimize neuromuscular firing patterns, and restore efficient, pain-free movement. Training interventions may include Pilates utilizing specialized equipment, functional movement integration, and fascial mobility techniques to enhance coordination, kinetic chain efficiency, and long-term musculoskeletal health.
